It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that we announce that our beloved friend, Cindy Kozelsiki, has passed away. Not only was she a delightful friend, but a true believer in the beautification of her city. She will be greatly missed. RIP Cindy, and please keep her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
